We are a leadership-development consulting practice serving nonprofits and other mission-driven organizations. Our flagship offering, Manager Jumpstart, is a cohort-based training program that equips new and experienced managers with practical leadership skills, backed by 1-on-1 coaching. We offer a number of additional services to support nonprofit leaders and help build nonprofit teams such as retreat facilitation and culture assessment.
