SUMMARY:Emerging Leaders Retreat: Building Trust\, Engagement\, and Results
DESCRIPTION:Building Trust\, Engagement\, and Results is a one-day\, interactive leadership retreat designed for emerging leaders\, new managers\, and cross-functional team leads who want practical\, human-centered tools to strengthen team dynamics and culture. \nUsing the organizational health frameworks\, participants will explore the relational dynamics that most impact effectiveness: trust\, healthy conflict\, commitment\, accountability\, and results. Through experiential challenges\, facilitated reflection\, and real-time application\, participants will learn how these components show up in behavior\, decision-making\, and shared ownership of outcomes. \nThis retreat is grounded in experience rather than theory. The result is learning that feels relevant\, embodied\, and immediately applicable to the workplace. \nWho it’s for: \nThis retreat is designed for leaders who are: \n-Stepping into or growing in their management or leadership roles \n-Leading teams with or without formal authority \n-Navigating collaboration and complexity \n-Seeking tools to build stronger relationships\, engagement\, and accountability at work \nWhat participants will walk way with: \n-Develop greater self-awareness and relational leadership capacity \n-Gain practical tools to build trust\, navigate conflict\, and strengthen accountability \n-Create shared language and agreements they can immediately apply with workplace teams \n-Leave with a renewed sense of purpose\, ownership\, and alignment

SUMMARY:Watch. Read. Gather.
DESCRIPTION:Why do we sometimes act when we see harm\, and why do we sometimes stay silent? Join us as we explore the psychology of active bystandership through A Class Divided and Why We Act: Turning Bystanders Into Moral Rebels\, examining the bystander effect\, the forces that shape our decisions in moments of harm\, and what helps people move from observation to action. Together\, we’ll connect what we watch and read to our own experiences and consider how we can become more prepared to act. \nThe Watch and Read selections are not required to attend the gathering\, but we encourage you to explore them beforehand to help deepen the conversation.
